Spitewinter campsite is located in the heart of Derbyshire, and is on the fringe of the Peak District National Park.
Famous for it’s Crooked Spire, Chesterfield is only 5 miles away, where many local amenities are available.
Spitewinter has four acres of sloping woodland with several camping areas. These areas differ in size suitable for pack, patrol or troop camping. It is also ideal for back packers and expedition work.
We have two wooden huts available for hire. There is a shower and toilet block, with separate facility for disabled if required.
